Something brought you here.

That's enough to start.

Maybe you've been holding it together for a long time. Performing well on the outside while something feels off underneath.

Or perhaps you're going through a transition.. a new country, a new chapter, a loss, and you're not quite sure who you are in it anymore.

Maybe it's anxious thoughts that don't really switch off. Or a change that's left you unsteady. Maybe you feel like you're never quite enough, or maybe you just want to understand yourself better, not simply cope.

I aim to offer a space where you can slow down, explore what's really going on, and start to trust yourself again.

My approach is person-centred, which means our work follows your pace, your priorities, and what matters most to you.
I believe therapy is about being met, and finding your way forward from there.

Something brought you here.

That's enough to start.

About me

In person session in Putney

I’m a trainee psychotherapist completing my MSc in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute.

I’m from Italy and have lived in the UK for several years. That experience of adapting to a new culture and finding my sense of home here helps me understand what belonging, and not belonging, can feel like. It’s also given me a real appreciation for difference, and I welcome working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.

Before training as a therapist, I worked in the City (London), so I know how demanding city life can be, the pressure to perform, the constant striving, and how easy it is to lose balance along the way.

My own experiences with disordered eating, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression have shaped how I understand people. They taught me what it’s like to feel stuck and how powerful it can be to be truly met with understanding. These experiences give me empathy for the many ways we cope and make sense of our lives. In my work, I aim to offer a calm, grounded space where you can feel accepted and supported in your own process.

Outside of work, I love swimming, cycling, running, and baking - all things that help me stay present and connected to myself.

A cozy living room with two dark gray sofas with orange pillows, a small round ottoman, a wooden side table, a desk with a computer and plants, large windows, and patterned curtains, all in warm earthy tones.
