About me
I grew up in Italy and have made London my home for several years. Building a life in a new culture taught me a lot about belonging: the moments you feel it, the moments you really don’t, and everything in between. It also gave me a deep love of difference. Whoever you are and wherever you’re from, you’re welcome here.
Before training as a therapist, I worked in the City, so I know the London pace from the inside: the pressure to perform, the always-on striving, and how quietly balance can slip away while you’re busy keeping up.
I’ve also lived through my own struggles with disordered eating, low self-esteem, anxiety and depression. I know what feeling stuck is like, and how much it can change things to be truly met, without judgement and without being rushed. That shapes everything about how I work.
People come to me with all sorts: anxiety and shame, burnout, a difficult relationship with food or their body, relationship struggles, past trauma or big life changes. Thoughts about gender, sex, sexuality and kink are welcome here too. You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out.
Off the clock, you’ll find me swimming, cycling, running, or elbow-deep in flour. For me, movement and baking are about enjoyment and coming back to myself, not perfection. I’ll always take a good bake over a perfect one.
I’m completing my MSc in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute and work under regular clinical supervision.
